- Anti-Counterfeiting Techniques
In recent years, anti-counterfeiting technology has attracted widespread attention. Among them, fluorescent anti-counterfeiting materials are widely used in printing, papermaking, medicine, ticketing and other fields due to the advantages of low cost, good concealment and convenient printing. In anti-counterfeiting technology, fluorescent patterns can be used as promising protection signs that provide high-level security and protect important documents.

In generally, the fluorescent anti-counterfeiting patterns are composed of the single or multiple colorful up-conversion crystals, fluorescent materials, additives and solvents. After the fluorescent materials absorb the energy of ultraviolet light or infrared light, it quickly releases the energy and presents a bright colored fluorescent effect. When the light source is removed, the fluorescent materials immediately stop emitting light and restores its own stealth state. By combining the fluorescent anti-counterfeiting materials with the pattern, the security level of fluorescent anti-counterfeiting pattern can be greatly improved.
Fluorescent anti-counterfeiting plays an important part in our daily life and the common fluorescent anti-counterfeiting materials are as follows:
Inorganic fluorescent materials are added to the anti-counterfeiting patterns, which can only be seen under the illumination of fluorescent lamps. The anti-counterfeiting patterns with inorganic fluorescent materials improved the anti-counterfeiting function in order to leave an invisible secret mark on products.
Near-infrared dyes have absorption in the near-infrared region, and the maximum absorption wavelength is 700 nm - 1100 nm, while the oscillation wavelength in the near-infrared region. Since the near-infrared dye absorbs infrared rays, there is no pattern under sunlight, but the corresponding signal or pattern can be observed under the detection instrument.
Ultraviolet dyes have strong absorption in the ultraviolet region (200 nm-600 nm), and anti-counterfeiting patterns can only be seen under ultraviolet light.
Alfa Chemistry's technical R&D team has focused on the preparation and application of fluorescent materials for many years, which has established long-term cooperative relationships with many well-known enterprises and research institutions.
